Lemmy.world blocked the dbzer0 instance? I guess it's time to switch then...
They didn't block the whole instance, just the specific piracy community.
They need to block the whole instance, that place is dedicated to piracy as part of its lifeblood. It needs to be defederated entirely, they'll just set up more communities to get around it.
