Well, then, Tesla just won.
Class actions always benefit the defendant (and lawyers). When's the last time individuals in a class-action saw more than $5?
If they win, I have a hard time believing Tesla would only be fined $30,000. With only 6000 workers, the settlement could be a decent amount.
Here's hoping the lawyers don't take the lion's share of it.
BS. If this were true, companies would do everything in their power to allow class actions but they don't, they frequently make employees sign away the right to do so
