Slow shutter speed relative to the car with a stationary camera. You could potentially do this hand held with a well stabilized camera if the car is moving quickly, but I'm betting the camera was on something (tripod, placed on top of something convenient).
Yup! I think this was something like a 4 second exposure.
Shooting this handheld would probably not be possible. I rested my camera and hands on a bench to keep it still during the exposure.
Depending on your focal length, you could potentially do this on a M43 camera.. Yay small, low mass, sensors.
That's impressive tech!
