MODERATORS
I'll pick this one up eventually. Still need to finish Zero Dawn, which I was playing on my Deck recently while traveling. It's a good game so far and I'm glad to see Sony games making it to PC.
Is it just endless boss fights?
Very much not. It's a big open world with lots of exploring. But of the symbols everywhere type of map. There's a few boss fights but they are generally pretty fun. I can solidly recommend the first game. I haven't played the second yet.
I'll add that it's like Monster Hunter World, except the fights are generally much shorter. Everything has some kind of obvious weakness, and good setup makes them go relatively quick.
I also recommend the first one (haven't played the second).
So satisfying taking out a whole herd of the deer things with 5 or 6 shots to the exploding tanks on their backs.
Cheers. I'll check it out!
