I have to participate in the gardening now because it will be hot AF in one month. I'm mentally not ready until late April. Maybe I need to move up north so I can enjoy it more over the summer instead of hiding inside.
There’s a long weekend near the end of May that’s called May 2 4 (a case of 24 beer is called a 2 4), it’s actually Victoria day and takes place the Monday before May 25. There’s basically a 50/50 chance of it snowing a foot, or being 25+c that weekend, so if it’s nice you plant, if it’s not you do it next weekend.
You can atleast have the garden tilled and everything ready though, the prep work doesn’t care too much about frost or 30 pounds of snow on it.
