The number of Indians immigrating to Canada has more than quadrupled since 2013 due to policies aimed at attracting and retaining talent.

When they get here and find that we have no where to live, inadequate healthcare and higher cost of living than any of the other options. I've lived here my whole life and am constantly surprised at the difference in price compare to the US (adjusting for the dollar) and I never imagined that not having a doctor was not only possible but going to be normal at any point in my life.

How is that in link with Indians specifically? Would mass immigrations of British or Aussies make things better?

No, anyone moving here is in for the same shitty surprise.

I moved to BC from California last year and love it. With the exception of booze, mexican cheeses, and houses* most things are similarly priced.

*I lived just out side of LA so nearly anywhere would be cheaper except London or Vancouver.

Good to know, the most expensive places in the world to live are about the same cost of living :/
