That's not the point. Landlords need to stack people like cordwood to make their investments pay off, and Tim Hortons franchise owners need people they can pay nothing and who are blissfully unaware of things like labour regulations.
Except Indians immigrating won't work primarily in Tim Horton's. That's reserved for TFW.
