It's blatant, unforgivable corruption.
"My campaign needs a billion dollars to win. When I'm president I will help deregulate you so you can continue devastating the planet for short-term profit."
This isn't legal, right!?
The US has particularly weak bribery laws, and the Republicans are generally unwilling to allow prosecution of other Republicans
