Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.
Some Rules
- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

Yes, its not an image. That would be terrible for blind people.
Being a blind person myself, that is one particular reason I wished to know.
I use btcrefill and you get the code straight from the website. There is probably some JavaScript "click to unseal" button you have to press first, but then you can copy it the code to redeem. But honestly it probably depends on the vendor.
I'm not visually impaired, but I'd be curious if you'd find it accessible.
Do you sometimes have to request refunds from shitty sites that sell you something that you can't use because its in an image without alt codes?
It's not happened yet, but that doesn't mean much.
