Labour Minister MacKinnon has announced he is imposing final binding arbitration with the CIRB (Canadian Industrial Relation Board) between the two parties.

Specifically:

  • Issuing Binding Arbitration
  • Demanding Resumption of Activities
  • Extending Existing Collective Agreements
