How easy or hard is it to hire a Hitman? I have seen movies basically where its just walking into a bar and asking. I also read news reports of so and so asking for a hitman. Can someone enlighten me? (lemmy.world)

Well don't know about the dark web but it kind of seems like the people who are caught get caught by UI's. But even in that case someone would have to set person A to person B.
