A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.

I can't tell if I'm being trolled or not.
That is the essential premise of the book. It's not a book that teaches you how to fix motorcycles it's a book that teaches you how to find mindfulness while doing work that is familiar to you.
