What I mean is he brought Rodgers, and his OC Hackett. Not his "creation" per se because he's obviously NOT an OC and didn't craft the scheme, but that it was HIS idea to bring Rodgers and Hacket and that offense to NYJ along with skill personnel. He's responsible in entirety for building that offense and bringing that scheme to Jets. Now Davante trade is his hail mary to save his ideation. It's playoffs or bust for him. If Jets get to playoffs, and win 1 game, I think Douglass will save his ass. Short of that, he's gone.
I agree with you. My opinion is that, Rodgers since joining the Jets is heavily influencing his decisions.
Or Rodgers wanting his former WR back to lean on, so he can run the scheme(s) that he ran Green Bay.
One and done should get him fired.
