Researchers found that remote work could decrease transportation emissions by more than 60 per cent on average for federal employees, while increasing their household emissions by less than 10 per cent.

An incredibly obvious conclusion, but at least we have numbers now.

Jesus, with those numbers, it should be mandated that everyone (who can) should be working from home.

Yeah, at least mandating all gov't employees to work from home who can work from home, alone would be a very good start!

The current situation is consistent with the "carbon fighting" government that buys an oil pipeline. So, you know...
