Its come full circle, AI job applicants sending resumes to bots.

I would like to confine it to firms using AI recruiting tools

and actively do damage to companies that don't.

I'm genuinely not sure how submitting your resume you put effort into instead of whatever optimized-for-AI-recruitment-slop this outputs will damage companies that don't use AI recruiting tools, could you elaborate?

Or pollute the data of companies that do.

You can make the AI create a perfect candidate, but never supply real data.
