He didn't stroke his mic stand, CNN.

He acted like he was blowing it.

Trump also complained about the low height of microphone stands at his events and showed how he would work around such issues, bobbing his head up and down in … an imitation of oral sex.

And I honestly do not know how to interpret that other than him saying he blows the roadies to get them to do what he wants.

In the performer's mind the microphone's low height was due it being like a flaccid penis. His goal was to raise the height by giving the microphone an erection via oral stimulation.
