For discussion of everything run and uncanny from cryptozoology (mysterious or out-of-place animals), UFOs, high strangeness, etc. Following in the footsteps of Charles Fort and all those inspired by him. As this community is on Feddit.uk it takes a British approach to things but it needn't be restricted to the UK - if it's weird and unusual it probably has a home here.

It is a rather unsubtle plug for their Airbnb (which has no relevance to the story) but they do have cell bars and bricked up tunnels in their cellar, which is a bit spooky.
It's possible they have smugglers tunnels, especially given their proximity to the beach - there are quite intriguing ones in the area, like the tunnels connecting the Baltic Fleet to the Docks and, perhaps most relevantly, are 200 year old tunnels in New Brighton, also said to be haunted.
The house is haunted.. oh, no, the Airbnb isn't haunted! Make sure you mention that it isn't haunted, it might put potential guests off.

Hi, this interesting thing happened that I am totally up for talking about but half the article has to be about my business.
