And right away Republicans would never again win any elections.

Americans would have free healthcare, normal working hours, more paid vacation...

This would be great for America, and super funny for Canadians.

When did we have free health care? We pay taxes for that and get crap service in Ontario.

And it is still for profit, each provider has to make money on patient interactions to cover business overhead. If heath care was truly public the cost of rent, utilities, and wages would not have to compete with the cost of actual medical services.

Of cour we pay taxesz that's the point. You get free healthcare back for that, also in Ontario.
