Oh wow that is actually what they're saying.
Really running on empty for these games, aren't they?
If it's not just run speed, but reactions in general, it makes sense, because in previous games, your character moves like they're in molasses.

If that was the goal they should have added a bat with giant knockers.
Funnily enough this is the one way they could make me interested in these games again (haven't played since Revelations). There's a lack of games that focus on expressive and fun movement!
