They know how that historically ends right?

To be fair In the US's case, when a fascist invaded a neighboring country they ended up robbing half of the Mexican territory. The better comparison would be taking what usually happens when the US invades any country, and then imagine that happening inside the US. You don't shit where you eat.

Cartels already killing Mexican government officials, journalists, activists, the competition, the Mexican armed forces. Do they really want the cartels to declare the american equivalent as fair game?
