Even without invoking Betteridge's law of headlines, it is pretty obvious that the "lost boy" of York hasn't been caught on camera.
Now I'm no Ghostbuster but I ain't afraid of no ghosts either and this seems the more obvious explanation:
Some kids nicked a bike and rolled it out of the side street. The main debate would be if they'd been on White Lightning cider or laughing gas first.
I am still chuckling at the idea that the fact that it "steadily fell over" (thus complying with the laws of physics) is evidence of anything.
