Any competent redneck/welder/machinist(especially him, his isn't ever gonna jam and will be more accurate)/mechanic/plumber can build a functioning AK 47 in an afternoon. It's not hard. basic welding skills, knowing how to rivet, and also very few moving parts. They're literally folded sheet metal and rivets plus a barrel.
