Organic means "grown without chemicals".
It's a statement against pollution and nothing else
But what the hell is a "chemical" everything is a chemical
I used to work at whole foods and we had to do training on the meaning of the organic label. In a survey 94% of responders listed the reason they prefer organic was no pesticides. However organic produce is still sprayed with pesticides
