We need to find a way to prevent sociopaths from making it to the C-suite.

Sociopaths are the only people qualified for the C-suite. The problem isn't that the wrong people are getting positions high up. It's that the structure of corporationa is designed for that.

In a competitive poorly regulated capitalist economy that's driven by bottom lines and dividends, I'm pretty sure being a narcissistic sociopath is a prereq for the C suite
