ADP is showing this on all hr applications now- I've encountered it a few times and always hesitate before choosing. I don't want my resume to go even further down the vortex and feed an AI model but maybe opting out just eliminates you altogether from consideration.
Have you seen this before? How have you handled it?

That's a hard pass for me. I'd imagine the person who makes the decision about hiring you won't even know if you've opted out because the data is gathered at the corporate level. But that's just my guess.
That assumes it ever makes it to a person if you opt out.
