Sunglasses? No. Literally the opposite. Those marks are what happen to your face when you never take off your quest headset.
I'm not sure what's so amazing about that. I see lots of people get the same outline when they go skiing.
Just shows how sickly pale he looks without a tan, that's all.
Probably those protective goggles you wear while in a tanningbed or spraybooth
