Honestly, if a Black US man convinced the racist Nazis in his country to go about killing in his name, that would absolutely impressive. They'd have to turn off even more parts of their brain to be controlled by a black man and at the same time hate and love him.
A similar case is when a racist meets a black cop or soldier. They call them one of the good ones.
One of fave scenes in Men with Guns is when they say "all you have to make a native think he is white is give him a gun and a uniform"
No it wouldn't, he would be the butt of that joke, not controlling anyone
