What percent of immigration is illegal? I'm beginning to suspect Republicans are actually pro immigration (gotta have those slaves) but need to be loudly against it, hence the crackdown on illegal immigrants

Trump has (so far) been deporting at a slower rate than Obama's or Biden s highest rate. He seems to be mostly making a big show to discourage border crossings. It's kinda working, but even regular travelers on tourist's visas are getting the 9th degree when entering the country. My daughter's UK boyfriend was grilled for 90 minutes with questions like, "Why don't you have more underwear packed?"
Equally funny whether you interpret it as a nagging motherly figure worried about this young man having enough clothes, someone who really wants this guy to stay longer, or someone who doesn't understand that laundry is a thing you can wash
This but amplified from the rooftops. In the criminal business, they call someone like Trump a "distraction."
