Panama should make sure that there are an ample amount of explosives placed throughout the canal, and convey in clear terms to Trump that these will be triggered if the U.S makes any move that threatens their sovereignty.
And block pass of all ships moving from and to the US.
All they have to do is open all the lock doors at once.
What will that do?
It'll drain the reservoir in the middle and make the whole canal useless until it refills
Drains the water from every lock and turns it into a river (temporarily at least).
