Edit: as the larger issue, when incorrect mod actions happen, shouldn't Lemmy have a system for handling those? Both transparency to the users, and ways to forward the action for an admin to fix

Dude you can't reason with someone like that. They're not here to be reasonable. It's ok to just block and ignore them.

Yeah I saw in the end. Had to check what's going on with their first comments.

I like to give a safe out to others if they truly just messed up instead of attacking for hostility's sake
