Sarnie is indeed slang for a butty
(For those not from the UK, "butty" is another word for a piece.)

They didn't say "a piece of," just "a piece." Since we're talking about slang and since "a piece" is slang for "a gun," we're forced to conclude that the advertisement is for a gun shop.
But guns are biceps, so clearly it's a gym / fitness studio.
Oh, true. And it being a gym also supports the "ass" angle.
I like “butty” being slang for a piece of ass better.

Looks like Sparnies is the shop name (it's based in a place called Leamington Spa). No sign of chips sadly.
