Started to leave the machines when I am working out. I somehow have more fun with the Barebells an such. I actually have a lot of fun looking up different excercises, how to do them correctly and then trying to do just this. It also feels a bit more badass to me, to be in that area of the center where alle the very muscular people are. Well, and me, not totally fitting in :-D
Also recently started to visit raves. Even if that leaves me with less sleep on the weekends, I am usually carried thorugh the first days of the week by those evenings. It's just so much fun for me, I can let go so many things while dancing there. Guess I could ramble on about this, but I will spare y'all this mumbling :-)
This comment is further motivating me to get back to lifting heavy things. I miss body building... and also raves! It's been too many years since I've engaged in either.
Start now, thank me later B-)
hey I used to love lifting weights when I was younger! I'm not entirely sure I was doing it right, but I can relate to it being more fun. I hope you keep following that joy, and the raves! I've never been to one, but I don't usually go out, hahaha.
Thanks I hope that I will stick to this:) Haha, yeah, going out is not for everyone.
