Pff sure. How hard can it be? Few resistor thingies and some capaci-whatsists, and Arduino, done.
The correct answer is usually Raspberry pi + github.
Although I have no idea what those mean
You can easily configure those with block-chain based AI.
Don’t forget to setup the transistor receptors!
