Think I saw a Spanish player tap someone there. Should be ruled out

Was the Spanish player offside?

Not sure why people keep saying this, it was announced as a disallowed goal for a foul and the on-field ref made the hand signal for foul.

This was not disallowed for offsides.

Always a solid basis.

The goal was initially denied for a foul, the referee even signalled as such when he called it off. For them to now say now it was disallowed for offside is complete pish because they fucked it initially

it was initially ruled a foul though

An offside being reviewed on the monitor? Seems a bit weird.

I think it’s the interference with the play that is reviewable, the offside is clear for the VAR team, the question is : does the Scottish player do enough to interfere with the play? Up to debate I guess
