Feature suggestion: Default comment sort in settings (piefed.social)

It would be nice to be able to set the default comment sort (Hot, Top, New) in settings. A dropdown similar to the post sort setting would be ideal.

I say that quite regularly, but the comments view is the last thing that keep me on Lemmy

I just discovered that the default Lemmy UI doesn't have this setting either. But it's available in Voyager for Lemmy.

Ah, I misread your post, for some reason I thought Piefed was missing the comment sort options (it's not).

What I really like in Lemmy is

Chat view to see new comments
(X New comments)
The comments view on its own

There is a comment view but only on topic, mot on feed. The problem is that we have 2 differents ui/menu :(
