There’s truth in that tbh. Lot of people are trying really hard to go for a modern minimalistic look
Modern minimalism has its advantages - less things to clean and maintain, cheaper to build, and easily being able to find things to pair with the color scheme - but I always did find it a bit dull and sterile for a private home.
It’s very dull, might as well enjoy my house
Several people have described our house as eclectic. Which is the nice way of saying wow that's a lot of random shit that doesn't go together. Wouldn't have it any other way.
