They are not. There is only one group of which the majority voted Trump:

White people

White men have always been high republican voters, sure. The GOP doesn't need to convert more white men, they're converting everybody else. They're converting latinos, blacks, muslims, LGBTQ, women, younger people. They're doing an amazing job at it too.
