I would not buy this thing again. I own the exact copy of what's in the picture and can't believe they would release this on the market.

Bear in mind, I used a Fitbit Sense for about a year beforehand, and gave that to my SO. Why would I ever want to do back, right?

The two major flaws are:

  • Battery life sucks dick like Jenna Jameson (really good for her, not so good for a watch)
  • It won't notify you when it's getting close to dying (Why would you need that on a watch last lasts a day and a half?)

Of course, I asked for it for Christmas so I'm stuck with it for a while longer, but I'll be going back to Fitbit at first opportunity. Sure, Fitbit is a tad bulkier and doesn't have the same cool factor, but all the same features, twice the battery life, and yes, it reminds you that it needs a charge. Do not get this crappy Google product.

I agree that the battery life isn't great, but that's the only issue I have with it.

It won't notify you when it's getting close to dying (Why would you need that on a watch last lasts a day and a half?)

Mine vibrates and gives a notification when the battery hits 15% or something. Might be 10%. I largely get by with just charging it when I get ready in the morning. And the battery life has also gotten way better since release, some of the updates made a big difference. It's gone from maybe getting a full workday to easily getting a day and a half now if I put it in night mode overnight.
