Russia also stole elections in Serbia, Slovakia, Georgia, Romania, where there has been massive protests. 2024 had so many more global elections than any other year.
The Serbian government is perfectly capable of stealing elections on it's own. Not every bad thing in the world leads back to the head vampire.
