I think the ceiling for the Pacers is in the 6 seed to play-in range while their floor is 36 wins. I don’t see them doing worse than last year unless the injury bug gets us this year. Ben Mathurin will ball out as a starter this year, Obi Toppin and Bruce Brown were great acquisitions. Myles Turner and Tyrese Haliburton make the starting 5 legit.

As for our top rookie Jarace Walker, he’ll likely do what Mathurin did last year and come off the bench so he can have less pressure in his development in his rookie season. I could see him making progress and starting a number of games and looking good. If he is who he was drafted to be, team defense will improve

Hm, come to think about it, you are right, there's definitely more than one team in the West which could fit this description. But no, not the Twolves.

Ding ding ding, we have a winner! How long until Kyrie decides he cares more about other things than basketball? Will Luka find it in him to care more about winning than about bitching to refs? Will anybody (be able to) play decent defense? Nevertheless a lot of potential if everything goes well.
