Hey all. I am constantly obsessed with tinkering and figuring out how things work, so recently I decided to take a crack at modding my Seiko SNXS77. Replaced the dial with an explorer-style one as I really dig that big Arabic numerals at the Cardinal positions look, replaced the flat crystal with a domed one, and swapped the bezel out for a fluted one.

What do y'all think? Reasonable design choices? Do the fancy bezel and simple dial constantly compete with each other? I'm pleased, but a big part of that is simply because it worked.

Thanks!

looks like a cross between a Defakto and a Dekla.

imo the fluted bezel is out of place.
