I don’t think they can thrive indoors but i can tell you what I would try. Lavender comes from the Mediterranean region and those plants like rocky poor soil, very little water, and full sun. So pick the sunniest spot in the house, fill the pot with rocks and sand and also some dirt, and water maybe every month or every other month. I would also go with a terracotta pot. Good luck!
