It's both realistic and not realistic in almost equal measure.

The loading screens are weird. Like there are several places with both elevators and stairs leading from one part to the other, like Cydonia. Stairs are seamless, elevator is a loading screen. Why?

Neon is like that as well, I think the load covers up the complete restart of all the graphics in the new location, vs jumping there which allows the game to render the scene more gradually as you approach the same spot.
