It’s clear he’s next in line for the throne of best SG in the league.

Dating back to the 90s Jordan had it first, then Iverson is arguable then Kob, then D Wade had an argument but I don’t think he was ever better than Bean. Then of course Harden ran with the title for years and now it’s Book’s time

Iverson is top 5 SG all-time, so basically, what does Booker need to pass him? Probably all of the below:

First off

  1. A ring - to me, Harden and Iverson are the easiest to knock out of the top 5 because they haven't won a ring. You need a ring to be in top 5 conversation at this point.

Also:

  1. A 15+ year career
  2. A MVP - both harden and AI have this
  3. A Scoring Title - both harden and AI have this
  4. I'd say at least 5 more All-NBAs

Then you talk about the way that these have come about. I mean if Book is the #1 option on his own team and wins a ring, sure he might be able to pull it off. As a 26 year old, I think its a pretty big stretch. Closer goal would probably be reggie.
