There's a chance that there is some legitimacy to the claims in the post. The Detroit Land Bank is facing a class action lawsuit from seizing property they deemed a nuisance and selling it without compensation for the original owner.

Hmm interesting. I feel certain sovcit has not pursued proper channels in this matter though.
