When you watch KD play these days he hardly uses his athleticism and mostly just uses quick actions to score like pull-ups, elbow shots, and post fadeaways. He hardly even drives to the rim anymore. Overall, feels like he’s tailored his game to not expend so much energy, and feels like KD plays a kind of slow, “old man” ball that doesn’t require fancy moves and strong drives to the rim.

Steph, on the other hand, runs around the court all the time to just get open but it never seems like he gets tired. His conditioning is insane. At some point, some of this conditioning might deteriorate with age, but even if that happens, he can still easily get off shots from the dribble and would be the best spot-up shooter in the league.

Can KD and Steph still continue to play at an elite level for 2,3, even 4 more years?

No, they won’t. Instead of looking at years of active playing, take a look at active minutes. you will then realize that they were never close, and never will be.
