[Question] Field watch for my small, weak wrist? (alien.top)

I really like the look of field watches and military watches, but anything in the 36-40mm range looks ridiculous on me. I've been trying to find something more in the 25mm area, or just a good women's field watch, but have had no luck on my own. Any suggestions?
