No regrets in the Baltic. It is a beautiful little watch. It is small, thin, and light which can make it feel not very substantial, but it is of great quality, fit, and finish. I don’t know much about the longevity of the Hangzhou 5000A Micro rotor movement - but so far it has been solid. I get around +10-12s per day with regular wear.
The Lorier Zephyr is also beautiful and is on my list of possibles in the future. I really love the Alpina Alpiner Heritage Carree, but the Zephyr is definitely up there.
It's nice to have a more classically sized piece in the collection. It's great to hear that you're pleased with the quality and finishing. I don't know much about that movement either but I'm intrigued by the micro rotor. That Alpina looks fab, when i saw it i was reminded of the Lip T28, especially around the subdial. Well thanks for the detailed reply
What kind of power reserve have you gotten from your Baltic? I can only get at most 5 hours of power reserve even though it’s advertised as having 42 hours.
It’s great quality apart from the movement, which I’ve unfortunately had issue after issue with.
