Was out riding and got to one of these wooden walkways over a wet area and then my bike went away from underneath me.

Never brake in slippery ground. Never brake with the front brake on slippery ground.

Best to avoid slippery ground at all.

I ride an electric fat bike and have tried a particularly sloppy patch of trail, twice, feeling quite confident of my wide, knobby tires. Both times I regretted my decision.
