I have a tiny wrist of 5.9 inches, so I would like to know if there is any suitable dive-style watch for under $1000. I read some articles before, but they kept mentioning the Blackbay, or the Rolex Explorer 37 mm, masterpieces that were out of my reach. I am considering the Seiko SRPD53 (d=42 mm, lug-lug 46 mm) because of the Pepsi bezel, or the SPRK35 (d=38 mm, lug-lug = 44.2 mm) because of the small size. Please let me know if there is any other choice, thanks in advance.

Total lug to lug + male end link measurement and a height adjustment for tall watches decides if it will fit on your wrist.

But people just want general guidelines and they like to give the circumference measurement of their wrist, so giving the diameter measurement to start looking at is the best you can do without getting into it.
